No, you do not need to be watching the live draw to win.

If you're selected as the winner, we'll contact you using the phone number and email address provided with your purchase. We attempt to contact winners during the livestream and continue trying afterwards if we're unable to reach you immediately.

If a prize remains unclaimed for 30 days, a redraw will be conducted from the same promotional entry pool in accordance with the promotional terms and conditions.

No. Your VincereHub purchase is a one-off payment based on the package you've selected. There are no ongoing subscriptions, recurring fees or additional charges associated with your purchase.

The only exception is if you separately choose to join VincerePro, our optional membership program available at vincere.com.au/pro. Any VincerePro membership is purchased independently and is not included with your VincereHub purchase.

All winners are selected using RandomDraws, an independent, government-approved and independently verified digital draw platform used to conduct promotional prize draws fairly and transparently.
