You can cancel your VincerePro membership at any time. Simply log in to your account and head to the membership portal — you’ll find a dedicated section to manage and cancel your subscription.

If you’re a VincerePro member, you’re automatically entered into every single draw – no extra steps needed. That’s one of the biggest perks of your membership.

You can also view your entries for every giveaway directly inside your VincerePro dashboard, updated in real-time.

You can update your payment method anytime via the Stripe Billing Portal, located in your VincerePro dashboard.

Changes take effect immediately, so you’ll stay active and keep accumulating entries without interruption.

If your subscription payment fails, we’ll send you an email notification. Our system will automatically retry the payment after 3 days.

If it still doesn’t go through, your account will be placed on hold and entries paused.

To resolve it:

1.Log in to your account at vincere.com/my-account

2.Go to ‘Orders’ and complete payment for the most recent invoice.

Once paid, your membership will be reactivated and all of your accumulated entries will be reinstated.
