THE ROLE.
- Salary + Incentive Bonus: Competitive above industry salary plus bonuses for hitting performance milestones. When you win, you get rewarded.
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience. Bonus points for TikTok or Google Ads.
- Day-to-Day: Launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google. Run A/B tests, analyse performance data, and help drive creative direction for new shoots.
