The Role

  • Salary + Incentive Bonus: Competitive above-industry salary plus bonuses for hitting performance milestones. When you win, you get rewarded.
  • Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience. Bonus points for TikTok or Google Ads.
  • Day-to-Day: Launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google. Run A/B tests, analyse performance data, and help drive creative direction for new shoots.
  • The Team: A tight, ambitious crew obsessed with performance, growth, and the automotive space.

The Role
